Welcome to another information filled episode of The Business of Becoming podcast! Today I am going to share with you something that I wish I had found way earlier in my own career as an entrepreneur - The Health Expert Business Model. Remember, it takes time, you have to be willing to play the long game with your business. Dive in specifically on one model or framework and implement it, test it, change it where you need to change it. Know the ins and outs, be able to explain it backwards and forwards, with your eyes closed or even in your sleep. That is how you can figure out what works, what doesn’t and make the changes that you need. Stay the course with your chosen model and improve upon it. Jumping from model to model isn’t going to help you grow your business. Stop playing wack-a-mole and instead understand the business of your business!
