Ahhh… relationships and communication… we could talk for days!

My guest for this episode is Dr. Shyamala Kiru, a Clinically-trained Leadership & Relationship Coach, who has spent the last 2 decades helping people master their emotional intelligence. Her mission is to help women build High-Performance Relationships, in every area of their life.

We talk about asking for what you need within a framework that will help you articulate it, the various styles of communication (even the toxic ones!) and the mindset that keeps women stuck in a profound way.

It’s always been a challenge for me to have assertive communication without feeling like I’m being perceived as bitchy. So if you have trouble asking for what you want and need, and being assertive, you’ll love this episode.
