We’re getting personal again this week!

The word overwhelm is a word that I see on the regular in my online communities, and while I totally understand I also know this to be true - Overwhelm is a choice.

Did that trigger you a little bit? I get it, but it’s still true.

Remember, we get to choose how we feel. While we can’t always control what is happening around us, we get to choose how we feel and react to it.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed you’re not taking massive, imperfect action.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed you’re not putting yourself out there and being of service.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed you’re likely shrinking and playing small instead of stepping into Becoming more of who you really are in your life and business.

So, let’s work on moving out of overwhelm shall we?

In this episode, I open up to you all about my own personal experiences with overwhelm, how overwhelm shows up for me, common culprits that put us into overwhelm, and of course (the best part) some tips on how to pull yourself out of overwhelm and build your resiliency.

Things I Talk About In This Episode:

  • How I define overwhelm
  • How overwhelm seems to show up among those in my community
  • How overwhelm shows up for me personally
  • The 3 keys that have worked for me to minimize overwhelm
  • How you can build resilience and reduce overwhelm in your own life and business
