Authenticity is a big buzzword right now. Many times being used in pretty ironic and not so authentic ways…. So it felt timely to explore what real authenticy looks like and how to truly be yourself in your business.

I invited Dr. Stephanie Estima, of The Health Loft, to join me to discuss how being unashamedly yourself, quirks and all, can actually help to grow your business and attract the right clients to you.

It’s true that being professional in your business is important, but that doesn’t mean that you should hide your true self in the process. Especially with service based businesses, clients want to get to know and trust you before saying yes to working with you, so give them the real you!

Have you ever felt like you couldn’t completely be yourself when it comes to marketing your business? Maybe you didn’t want your own personal quirks and beliefs to get in the way of the professional front you assume clients want to see? Maybe you’ve been afraid that showing p as the “real” you will mean you aren’t taken seriously or respected by your peers? If any of that resonates with you, then this is the episode for you!

Dr. Stephanie and I discuss the importance of keeping your unique personality included in your business and social media marketing. After all, when you are 100% yourself, you are going to attract your ideal clients and surround yourself with those who are good match for you to work for and with. The best way to find and build your tribe, is by being you; and attracting your ideal clients to you is one of the best and fastest ways to grow your business.
