Do you feel like you aren’t moving fast enough in your business? Feel like everyone else around you is “killing it”? There are a lot of “online gurus” that are still pushing the 6-figures in 6 weeks fairytale and I know it’s taking a toll, so that’s why I wanted to explore the real progression of what it takes to build a successful health business.

I invited Samantha Gladish to join me for this conversation because we’ve known each other for years and I know her business, and I also knew she’d be willing to get real and transparent about her learnings and lessons along the way.

Samantha walks me through her own personal transformation from being an aspiring nutritionist that just wanted to help people, to the realization that she is just as much in sales as she is in the health profession.

Samantha and I discuss the importance of finding your own vision for what you want to create in the world, gaining self-esteem and confidence in yourself and your business, surrounding yourself with a like-minded tribe or coaches who can push you and your business to the next level, all while taking care of yourself, respecting your own boundaries, and staying grounded through the process.

More About Samantha:

She is the founder of Holistic Wellness; a website dedicated to helping women lose weight and balance their hormones through delicious food. Her philosophy is that through changing the way we eat, think, move, and care for our bodies - we can heal ourselves and live a life that we love. Samantha considers herself just as much of a marketer as she does a nutritionist and her passion for marketing and business is an extension of her work as a health coach. She is an international speaker and educator on women’s health, weight loss, and entrepreneurship.
