Ok! Settle in because I just know you are going to LOVE this episode! Have you ever struggled with feeling burnt out, putting too much pressure on yourself or too many tasks in your day? Have your relationships whether that be friendships, with your team or a partner suffered while you build the business and life of your dreams? Well, make yourself comfortable then, because this is the conversation for you!

I invited Melissa Ramos to join me for today's show to discuss the truth about entrepreneurship - because I knew she’d actually “go there” and tell the truth as she sees it. And also talk about and share the self care practices she has integrated over the years to support herself in the midst of the hustle. I’m so grateful at how real and honest Melissa was willing to get with me and with you.

Melissa and I discuss the importance of taking care of yourself when it comes to your business and your relationships. Too often we as women and business owners take on a self-imposed, demanding role in our home and business life. And too often, we forget to schedule in the time and energy to not only take care of ourselves so that we can serve others better, but to take care of our relationships too. Melissa will point out how you can, and need to, create space for your own self care routine. We both share so many of the lessons we’ve learned along the way, I’m certain it’s going to be refreshing and eye-opening for so many of you.
