Today, I welcome Jenn Pike for another fabulous episode of The Business of Becoming. We will be discussing burn-out (and how to prevent it), hormones, and creating balance within your life and space. Something that everyone, including me, will need to be able do at some point in their life.

Jenn Pike is a holistic nutritionist, lifestyle expert, and best-selling author of The Simplicity Project. She’s the founder both of  The Simplicity Project  and The Hormone Project. Jenn is a nationally recognized nutritionist with the desire to serve others! Jenn can be found on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube

Jenn and I will discuss some great strategies to start bringing balance to your lifestyle. Like most everything else I discuss with you, these changes take some time, so you’ll need to be patient with yourself while you begin to implement any changes. Jenn also shares some great tactics for “Urgent Care” when your body is to the point where you can’t handle anything, and how to get past that. Like, learning to say no, giving yourself permission to cancel plans or let people down. Remember, that you need to serve whatever need it is you have inside of yourself first if you hope to help others. Build yourself a cocoon of self care and learn to not feel guilty about using it.

In this episode I share…

  • How to spot when burn-out is coming
  • Taking on the energy of those around you and how to prevent it from leaching your own energy and vibe
  • Practical tips and tools for letting go tension
  • Practical tips for centering yourself and your space
  • Practicing patience, things don’t just change overnight - it’s a process
  • Urgent Care tips
