Welcome to another wonderful episode of The Business of Becoming, today I am going to tackle a really really important topic, one that changed my life completely. To help me with this, Elizabeth DiAlto, owner of Wild Soul Movement is joining me to discuss what it means to be a female leader. I couldn’t have hoped for anybody else to have this no-holds-barred conversation with, because Elizabeth helped to make this change in my own life.
Women in the workplace and women as the breadwinners are really forging a new path for themselves and each other. There are so many stigmas and conditioned thoughts that we as a society have, but everyday more and more women are choosing to break themselves free from those thoughts and becoming strong and powerful leaders that serve their tribe of people.
In this episode I share…
Things I Mention In This Episode:
My Life Is Mine -- Speech by Tracee Ellis Ross
Outliers: The Story of Success book by Malcolm Gladwell
