EP156: The Most Harmful Mistakes I Made While Scaling To 7 Figures

I don't live in that world BUT that does not mean I don't recognize and respect what I have learned in building my company to where it is today.

In this week's episode of The Business of Becoming, join me as I share the top three harmful mistakes I’ve made while scaling to multiple 7 figures. These mistakes have hurt other people's feelings, have hurt mine, broken trust and all of the other not-so-awesome things that happen when you’re figuring things out as you build. 

Whether you are just starting out or you're at the phase where you're growing, this episode is intended to help you skip over the harmful mistakes that I've made. I’m intentionally sharing them with you because not enough people are talking about the dark side of growing a company that serves thousands of clients and the very real mistakes that hopefully turn into learning lessons so you don’t repeat them.
